WHAT LYDIA MARTINEZ SAID
Lydia Martinez, the CEO of retail group Steps Relocation, has helped many top athletes find a home in Spain and has outlined how much the France international could end up spending this year, telling : "Here we have two things: he wants a large space to train, therefore it cannot be in Madrid city centre, but at the same time, he is a young person who we will not be able to isolate in a place where he has to drive 45 minutes every time he wants to go to a restaurant."
She added: "In my experience they do not usually look at the price much. They are usually rented until they are They buy the ideal house. The purchase is between €12 million and €16 million, depending on what we want. For rent, around €25,000 and up to €35,000 a month is something very normal. They can spend a year while they find the house already built or two years, two and a half years if you buy land and build houses to your liking."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Martinez tipped Mbappe to move into the luxurious area of La Moraleja on the outskirts of Madrid. Many of his future Santiago Bernabeu team-mates, such as Vinicius Junior, currently live in the area, which offers privacy as well as plenty of space.
